I purhcased this as a small gift for my wifes birthday, something the kids could say they got her. My wife loves the ocean, whales, dolphins, starfish, on and on.This item is a deal for this price. Silver is polished nicely, no complaints. There were no scratches or casting marks, it was nicely done. The chain is acceptable, not the best but definately not anything to complain about. The starfish itself is about 1" accross and tall. It lays nicely when she wears it, not always flopping upside down like some pendants do.
